'Star Performer', sometimes several who have exceeded expectations,
gone the extra mile or otherwise saved the day in a client office.

HOW
TO BE A 'STAR'
Working
through Love & Tate you're part of a well-respected group of
office support personnel. Our clients expect a great job from you and
each month we field client nominations for those who deserve extra
recognition. From those we elect a 'Star Performer' or two who will
hold the title for the month, and win a 'little something extra' to
help them celebrate.
If you need some
inspiration on how to shine even brighter in the office, take a look

you will regularly be asked back (guaranteeing more money in the
bank!)
AND
YOUR STAR COULD SHINE EVEN BRIGHTER
In addition to
our monthly recognition programme, once a year we take client
nominations for the national 'One in a Million Award'. The winners
compete across the UK in the One in a Million competition sponsored by
the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
In recent years one of
our team was Highly Commended (only 15 in the country) and one was
selected as a Finalist (one of only five in the country). Winners and
runners-up are announced at a gala event in central London, usually in
May/June with some stunning prizes.
