Noel joined Love & Tate in May after being made redundant. He has a strong background in customer service and administration and has managed his own team. After impressing us at interview stage we had no doubt that he would work hard and always rise to a challenge when he started at the British Red Cross. With continuous glowing reports from Noel’s line manager he was nominated for the Star Performer Award. Noel’s team comments that he is always there to ease the stress when a difficult order is placed. He is able to negotiate and problem solve to make the unbelievable happen.
