His knowledge of barge demurrage is such that he now participates in the training programme for new starters.  He has built up a good working relationship with the gasoil trading bench who he handles demurrage claims for and has developed good working relationships with many third parties we deal with.  Musa has over seen the team while myself and the team leader have been away."

Musa is an experienced temporary support staff working at BP and has worked through Love & Tate for 4.5 years. Musa started on our Skillsmatch programme and quickly proved to us that his skills could be utilised elsewhere. He started within BP Registry as a filing clerk and has always had excellent feedback. In May 2006 he was internally promoted to BP Shipping. His excellent standard of work and performance has seen him become extremely successful in his role.
