			January ► Nicky Bell Nicky has received outstanding feedback from her manager and team and is a worthy winner of our Star Performer Award. She joined the team to cover a maternity leave in March 2009 and immediately threw herself into the role. She worked as a one to one PA to the Head of Finance and also supported the wider team through a re-organisation and building move.				► "Nicky is absolutely professional with high standards at all times. She has fantastic attention to detail and has always been happy to take on more than the job required. Nicky is a lovely person to work with and has constantly offered support to me and the team with whatever we need. She can be relied on to take on new challenges in an intelligent and informed way."
