We don’t like to boast, but for an independent, we’ve won some pretty big plaudits. This may partly be because behind the scenes we work to standards that even the largest recruitment brands can’t better.
AWARDS
Our recent recognition includes two awards for our Skillsmatch programme, which introduces
promising young people from underprivileged neighbourhoods in the East End of London to companies interested in diversity and social corporate responsibility.
In 2006 a Love & Tate team was a finalist for Recruitment Team of the Year in the London & South East Recruitment Awards.
As an indicator of the quality of our candidates, in recent years one of our candidates was Highly Commended and another was a finalist in the national annual One in a Million recognition scheme for temporary staff run by our professional body, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
DOING IT BY THE
BOOK
As many of our clients would be happy to tell you, we can conjure up a well-matched shortlist of candidates. But truly no magic applies - in reality we do everything by the book.
We are a corporate member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), which means that we abide by their professional code of practice and have signed up to a diversity charter. REC provides us with advisory legal services, a best practice forum and training for our consultants. They also ensure that we, and consequently you, are completely up-to-date with recruitment and employment agency legal issues.
QUALITY COUNTS, WE
THINK
We’ve been ISO
certified since 1994 and were one of the first London recruitment consultancies to achieve ISO status, meaning that we take our SLA commitments seriously. Through our
ISO 9001:2008 system of quality control we continually benchmark our performance against our own and more importantly our clients’ standards.
So we don’t waste your time or that of our candidates, we rigorously but fairly assess skills, potential and attitudes.
Consequently you save money and make the right match.
